Things to Know

Practices:

Do not wear game jesery to practiceWe practice in the rainA parent must remain at the field during practiceOnly certified coaches on the fieldYoung children should be supervisedWe provide water for players onlyCall if you can not make practiceMake sure to take your turn bringing the water cooler homeBring your trash home with you

Games:

Be at field 1 hour before game startsNeed 6 parents for home games to help with concessions, & gate.Need volunteers to clean field before all home gamesNo Ice chests, food, or drinks can be brought in to the gates at gamesNo noisemakers or confetti of any kind are allowed at gamesOnly certified coaches on the fieldTreat all players, coaches, and fellow fans with respectNo Alcohol

*Equipment issued to each player: Shoulder pads, helmet, & game jersey*

If a player quits at any time, the equipment issued to the player must be turned in immediately to the Head Coach. Parents are liable for equipment not returned and/or equipment not returned in the condition in which it was received. St. Amant Wildcats will determine the value and cost to replace the equipment. This value is normally about $500.00.

Banquet 

 Awards will be given to each football player/cheerleaderA-team football/cheerleader bring salad (fruit, potato, or green)B-team football/cheerleader bring 3 liter drinksC-team football/cheerleader bring dessertWe will provide jambalaya and pizza for everyone

Participation Awards

Football players and cheerleaders will receive a participation award at the banquet. Teams that go to the playoffs and/or superbowl may earn additional adwards

5th Year Awards

Football players and cheerleaders will receive a letterman's jacket.

6th & 7th Year Awards

Football players and cheerleaders will receive a special trophy and award for participation with our team.

Academic Awards

3.0 or higher see forms page for more information and a downloadable form that must be mailed in by the due date set by the board.
